Simply browse our website and either phone or email your order details, or even visit our shop in person.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% deposit on placing an order.
Balance payable on collection or before delivery.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For deliveries to mainland UK addresses, the following charges will be levied to cover carriage fees:-
Orders under £50.00: £5.50 per order
Orders over £50.00: £15.00 per order
Alternatively orders can be collected from our shop:
8am to 6pm - Monday to Friday
9am to 1pm - Saturday
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We aim to deliver orders not requiring printing/embroidery within 14 days of receipt of your order. The delivery timeframe for orders requiring printing/embroidery is 21 days. Occasionally products do go out of stock and if this is the case we will endeavour to source them as soon as possible. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered cannot be delivered within the 14 or 21 day timeframe.
PLEASE NOTE deliveries are made Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
BACK ORDERS
If any item you order is not available for delivery, we will back order them for you. You will always be emailed with estimated delivery details and thus given the option to cancel your order. Wherever possible we will of course offer you suitable alternatives.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information supplied to Ace Sports will only be used by us to fulfil your order.
RETURNS
We make every effort to ensure that any goods are delivered to you in perfect condition, and that we deliver the correct goods. However, we are only human, and should you receive incorrect or faulty goods please ring us promptly on +44 (0)1246 280473, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to replace the goods.
PLEASE NOTE do not return goods without speaking to us first (by calling +44 (0)1246 280473), so that we can arrange replacements or a refund without delay.
If you should receive goods that do not meet your expectations, then you can of course return them for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, still in a good re-saleable condition, and in their original packing.
PLEASE NOTE garments that have been printed/embroidered in any way cannot be accepted back for refund, except when faulty.
CANCELLATIONS
A charge of 10% of order value will be levied against all orders that are cancelled prior to shipping to cover administration costs, unless we are unable to provide the goods ordered within the stated timeframe.
